To return an item you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization within 3 days of receiving the order. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Any return shipping/freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping/freight charges are non refundable. All small order fees are non refundable. An item returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization, or shipping/freight charges prepaid, will be refused.

All items must be in original condition and packaging. We will not issue a credit for any items that have been misused, damaged, altered, or are in a non-saleable condition. When it is determined that the item has met the return policy, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and any original shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any and all return shipping/freight charges.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason once they have shipped.
Refused Orders
Any order refused at the time of delivery will be charged a 10% restocking fee, and shipping/freight charges are non-refundable.
