Policy
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, and PayPal. The charge
on your credit card statement will be shown as "DMS
Woodworking".
Product Availability
Please note that sudden demand for an item can have an effect on
its availability. We will inform you by e-mail if any items in
your order are unavailable. Your options are to have the
complete order canceled or have the in stock items shipped at an
adjusted cost.
Shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise
leaves our warehouse. Packages are usually shipped from our
warehouse within 2 days of your order. This would be delayed if
an order were placed over the weekend or on a holiday.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the Continental United States only.
Product Warranty
Every product sold by DMS Tools is brand new and is sold backed
by the full manufacturer's warranty. The product warranty for
each manufacturer varies. Some manufacturer's warranties may
differ by product type (i.e. - hand tools, air tools, electric
tools, service equipment). DMS Tools is not an authorized repair
center. Please return all defective product directly to the
manufacturer or to it's authorized repair station for repair or
replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: The manufacturer's warranty does not cover any
product or part which has been subjected to misuse, abuse,
modification, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any
product which is used for any purposes other than that for which
it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product
information literature.
Returns
Any item being returned must request a Return Merchandise
Authorization within 3 days of receiving the order. All returns
will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Any return
shipping/freight charges are the responsibility of the customer
and are non-refundable. Original shipping/freight charges are
non refundable. An item returned without a Return Merchandise
Authorization, or shipping/freight charges prepaid, will be
refused. Small order fees are non refundable.
All items must be in original condition and packaging. We will
not issue a credit for any items that have been misused,
damaged, altered, or are in a non-saleable condition. When it is
determined that the item has met the return policy, a refund
will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and any original
shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of
receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any and all
return shipping/freight charges.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason once they have
shipped.
Refused Orders
Any order refused at the time of delivery will be charged a 10%
restocking fee, and shipping/freight charges are non-refundable.
Prices & Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with
incorrect information due to typographical error or error in
pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse and abuse
or incorrect product information received from our suppliers, we
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under
these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the
order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit
to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We
reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are
subject to change without prior notice.
Personal Information
All information you provide to DMS Tools is kept confidential
and is used only in the fulfillment of your order. We do not
sell or trade any of our customer information to anyone.
Order Security
Our shopping cart is a secure cart provided by Americart. The
shopping cart is hosted on a secure server using the most up to
date security technology.
